Premier League champions Chelsea have offered their Italian counterparts Juventus £34.7million for left wingback Alex Sandro.
The 26-year-old had an impressive season that saw the team win the Coppa Italia and the Serie A with games to spare.
The only blot on the season was the 4-1 loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
According to Italian outlet La Stampa, Conte has met with Sandro’s agent on to discuss the deal.
La Stampa added that Juventus has welcomed the bid but wants £43.4m (50m euros) for the player.
Sandro joined Juventus in the summer of 2015.
