Minister of Communication, Adebayo Shittu, has vowed to work against his political party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State during the 2019 election.

The Minister stated this during a media chat in Abuja on Wednesday, accusing the party’s National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole and the Oyo State governor, Abiola Ajimobi, of blocking him from running for the governorship election.

Recall that the minister lost in the race for the party’s guber ticket in the state during the party primaries.

He declared that “without restitution, there won’t be peace in the APC.”

Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State and Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, had earlier made the same threat to work against the ruling party.
