President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday said endorsed a power shift to the South in 2023.

Buhari made this disclosure at a dinner with presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja.

Speaking at the meeting, President Buhari urged APC governors and the presidential hopefuls to brace up for elective primaries.
