Six men in Lagos have been arrested for gang-raping a 15-year-old girl in Lagos because she refused to date one of them.

When she arrived at his home, he took the item and asked the girl to date him. She refused and Femi got angry. He then plotted with his friends to rape her.

Around 8:00 p.m. on Monday, Abidoye, a neighbor, called the girl and asked her to come over to his home. When she entered his bedroom, he switched off the light and the girl quickly tried to run but they grabbed her.

Six of them including Femi and Abidoye took turns to rape her for one hour.

The men have been arrested and paraded by the police for sexual abuse and rape. They will be remanded in prison custody until sentencing.
