Commercial motorists who are yet to install the speed limiting device in their vehicles may have to do now as the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) is set to crack down on defaulters.

This follows the suspension of the embargo on the enforcement of the device in commercial vehicles and trucks by the National Assembly.

The Corps Marshall, Mr Boboye Oyeyemi, told journalists in Abuja that the federal lawmakers lifted the suspension of the programme last Thursday.

He added that a new date for the enforcement of the policy would be announced shortly.
