EFCC Declares Former Governor of Kastina, Ibrahim Shema WANTED

The economic and financial crime commission has declared former Kastina State governor Ibrahim Shetima wanted for alleged case of criminal conspiracy, inflation of contract and abuse of office, diversion of funds and embezzlement of funds running into billions of naira.

According to the EFCC, the former governor have been invited but refused to show up for questioning since December 1 2015 when he was first summoned by the commission. All efforts to locate him in his address in both Kastina and Abuja proved futile.

The 59-year-old ex-governor hails from Dutsem-ma local government area of Kastina state. He is tall, light in complexion and speaks English language and Hausa fluently.

According to the EFCC, anyone who have useful information about the whereabouts of the ex-governor should contact them.
