Another dreaded militant group known as “the red scorpion” from the restive creeks of Imo State surrendered their arms and ammunition today in the presence of the state Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, and other security agents.

They were pardoned by the governor, who presided over the disarmament following the amnesty programme offered to them by the government of Imo.
