A former presidential spokesman has decamped to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Niboro said he decamped because unproductive opposition must come to an end in Delta State.
Recall that Niboro was spokesman to former President Goodluck Jonathan before he was replaced with Reuben Abati.
Ima Niboro was also the immediate past Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria.
