Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State was in a recorded on telephone made available by Sahara Reporters asking officials INEC to rig election for his candidates in the recently concluded Rivers legislative rerun elections.

In one instance where one of the officials wasn’t doing his bidding, he threatened to kill him.
