The Lagos State government has relocated the Computer Village to ICT park, Kantangowa in Agbado.

The decision was made known on Tuesday at a Press Briefing by the state’s commissioner for Physical Planning & Urban Development, Wasiu Anifowoshe.

The Computer Village is a highly patronised market for a wide range of technology products, ranging from phones, laptops and other gadgets.

It is also the hub for product parts and repairs of gadgets.

The state government said the decision was taken in order to control the environmental degradation, housing stock deficit and traffic congestion in Ikeja axis.
