To carry out transactions seamlessly, you’ll need both the Fidelity Online Banking App and the Fidelity Token App on your smartphone. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Download the Apps

  1. Download the Fidelity Online Banking app from the Google Play Store or the official website.

Step 2: Log In

  1. Log in to your account to access your banking details.

Step 3: Download the Fidelity Token App

  1. Get the Fidelity Token App from the Play Store.

Step 4: Activation

  1. Log in to the Token App using your username and password.

Step 5: Token Activation Fee

  1. Accept the NGN 1,500 token activation fee, which will be deducted from your account.

Step 6: You’re Ready to Go!

  1. You’re now all set to enjoy the convenience and security of Fidelity Online Banking.

Important Note: Whenever you initiate a transaction, a token PIN will be sent to your Token App. Simply minimize your Internet Banking app, access your Token App, retrieve the PIN, and return to complete your transaction securely.
