UPDATE! 13 People Survive From Four-storey Building Collapse In Lagos

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) says it has rescued 13 people from the building that collapsed on Tuesday in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The four-storey building was said to have gone down at about 2:43 pm.

General Manager of LASEMA Adesina Tiamiyu said search was being coordinated by the agency’s response unit, the National Emergency Management Agency, the Lagos State Ambulance Service, and the Lagos State Fire Service.

”Others include the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Red Cross and the police,” he added.
