Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, has denied claims that she received two Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) from the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris.

Senator Isa Misau (APC-Bauchi Central) on Wednesday alleged that Idris gave the president’s wife two SUVs after receiving a letter from her officer requesting for a Toyota Hiace and a Sienna Jeep.

Mrs Buhari on Thursday debunked the claim via her Twitter account.

She wrote, ” I am still using my personal cars.”

Misau made the allegation when he appeared before the Senate ad hoc committee investigating the allegations he made against Idris, the Police and the Police Service Commission.
