The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has said that it has concluded plans to launch its headquarters in Langenfeld, Germany.

The group said the opening of the headquarters slated for 8th and 9th December, became necessary so as to coordinate its activities from across the world, which it said has risen to a height as a result of the massive sensitization of Biafrans all over the world.

The body, in a press release issued by the media and publicity secretary Emma Powerful, said the occasion would be done by the Deputy Leader, Uche Mefor and all members of the ruling Directorate of State (DOS).

He said the move was in preparation for an expected referendum, which would be conducted next year.
