Justice Rilwan Aikawa ordered that her passport be released to enable her travel on December 18.

She is, however, expected to be present for trial on the next adjourned date of January 31, 2018.

Usman is standing trial along with former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode; Danjuma Yusuf; and Joint Trust Dimensions Nigeria Limited on 17 counts bordering on an alleged N4.9 billion fraud.
