Ntel just introduced a new Night data plan for internet surfers. You want to download or stream online at Night with this affordable plans.

By Subscribing to Ntel new data plan – you can now browse/download and stream UNLIMITEDLY on a budget from 10pm to 6am daily with super fast data without throttle or limit. Although Ntel has a high monthly subscription prices ranges from N10,000 to N12500 and now N17,500. Looks like they are using this one to attract customers.
