Governor Abiola Ajimobi on Sunday demolished Yinka Ayefele’s N800m Music House, in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

The state government had last week issued a demolition notice to the gospel musician.

Ayefele had filed a lawsuit against the Oyo State Government over plans to demolish his radio station.

Concise News reported that the Oyo state Government has written several letter to his radio house, claiming that the building would be demolished to allow for expansion of the road.

The singer said that the Governor’s motive to demolish his music house which accommodates his radio station pointed to an “obvious fact that the state government is really up to something evil.”
