BREAKING! Two Nigerian Air Force Aircraft Crash In Abuja During Independence Day Celebration Rehearsals

Two aircraft of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) have been involved in an crash in Abuja.

In a statement made available to okay.ng signed by the NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola on Friday.

Daramola revealed that the air accident occurred during rehearsals for the Independence day celebrations.

“I wish to confirm an air incident involving 2 Nigerian Air Force aircraft taking part in the rehearsals for the 58th Independence Day Celebrations,” he said.

Although, no casualty has been reported as at the time of filing the report, however, the crash has caused a heavy traffic gridlock on Kubwa expressway.
