President Muhammadu Buhari has hailed the Swiss government for returning Nigeria’s stolen funds.

The president made this appreciation when he received Letters of Credence from the Ambassador of Switzerland to Nigeria, George Steiner, at the Presidential Villa.

In his words: “We are grateful to the Swiss government for allowing illegally stolen funds to be brought back to Nigeria,’’.

Buhari also expressed gratitude to the Swiss government for the role it had been playing in the North East, reaching out to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
