INEC clears the air on ballot paper, says any finger can be used to vote

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has come forward to clear rumours that ballot paper to be used in the forthcoming general elections is finger sensitive.

The electoral commission debunked the rumour through its official Twitter handle, @inecnigeria, where is stated that voters can use any finger but shouldn’t mark in another box to avoid invalid votes.
