The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed March 28, 2019 to conduct supplementary election in Adamawa state.

This is coming after a court vacated an earlier order which stopped the supplementary election process in the state.

Barrister Kassim Gaidam, INEC resident commissioner in charge of Adamawa, announced the new date for the exercise said that INEC has made adequate arrangement both in the area of security, staffing and materials to ensure the success of the exercise.
