Sokoto state Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, has approved the appointment of Saidu Umar as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

Okay.ng understands this in a statement signed by the Director General, Media and Public Affairs to the state governor Abubakar Shekara.

Saidu was the State former Commissioner for Finance in the last Executive Council of the state.

Similarly the Governor, has also approved the reappointment of Muktar Umar Magori as Chief of Staff (CoS), Government House, Sokoto.

The governor enjoined the appointees to re-dedicate themselves to the service of the people, while praying Allah to guide them in their assigned tasks.
