32-year-old Adebo Ogundoyin elected as Oyo Assembly speaker

Thirty-two-year-old Adebo Ogundoyin, a member representing Ibarapa East, was elected as the Oyo State House of Assembly Speaker.

Okay.ng understands that Ogundoyin is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

During plenary session on Monday, the 32-member assembly voted for him unopposed.

Abiodun Mohammed Fadeyi, lawmaker representing Ona Ara state constituency, emerged deputy speaker.
