Ahmed Idris Wase returned unopposed as Deputy Speaker

Ahmed Idris Wase, representing Wase Federal Constituency of Plateau State, has been returned unopposed Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives.

Okay.ng reports that Wase was declared winner of the position after no other candidate got nominated.

He is the anointed candidate of the All Progressives Congress and President Muhammadu Buhari.
