Court grants EFCC’s application to freeze Bauchi account

A Federal High Court has granted an application filed by the EFCC seeking to freeze a bank account of the Bauchi State government.

Okay.ng learnt that the judge Justice Taiwo Taiwo approved the prayer by EFCC to freeze the FCMB Operational Account number: 0998552074.

He then adjourned the case to September 3rd, and urged the commission to put the party concern on notice of the order within 21 days.
