The Department of State Service (DSS) has filed an application before a federal high court in Abuja, to detain leader of the #RevolutionNow movement, Omoyele Sowore, for 90 days.

G.O. Abadua, lawyer of the DSS, filed the ex parte motion with number: FHC/ABJ/CS/915/19, asking the court to give the state police more time to investigate Sowore.

Abadua also attached a video evidence to the application asking the court to grant the motion.

However, the judge, Taiwo Taiwo, adjourned ruling till Thursday.

He said the adjournment would afford him the time to watch the video evidence attached to the application.
