Angry Mob set MTN mast on fire in Abuja

Some protesters on Wednesday set ablaze a telecommunication mast belonging to MTN at Lugbe area of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.

According to reports reaching Okay.ng, the mob stormed the area protesting xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

Officers of the Nigeria Police are currently at the scene dispersing the protesters.

MTN is a South African-owned company.
