Lagos discharges three suspected coronavirus patients after testing negative

Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Akin Abayomi, has announced that three suspected coronavirus patients have been discharged after testing negative for coronavirus.

Abayomi had earlier on Thursday said the patients were isolated at the Infectious Disease Hospital in Yaba.

He explained that their samples were taken and results are being awaited Friday (Today).

The Lagos health commissioner in a tweet on Friday noted that the isolated patients tested negative for the disease.

He said: “All the three #COVID19 suspected cases; travellers from France, England and China whose samples were collected yesterday for analysis have tested negative and they have been discharged.”
