Nigeria has confirmed 389 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.

According to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Of the 389 new cases, 256 are in Lagos, 23 in Katsina, 22 in Edo, 14 in Rivers, 13 in Kano, 11 in Adamawa, 11 in Akwa Ibom, 7 in Kaduna, 6 in Kwara, 6 in Nasarawa, 2 in Gombe, 2 in Plateau, 2 in Abia, 2 in Delta, 2 in Benue, 2 in Niger, 2 in Kogi, 2 in Oyo, 1 in Imo, 1 in Borno, 1 in Ogun, 1 in Anambra.

The NCDC also announced that as of 11:50 pm on 27th May, there are 8733 total COVID-19 confirmed cases reported in Nigeria.

Two thousand, five hundred and one (2501) patients have been discharged with two hundred and fifty-four (254) deaths across the country.
