Nigeria has recorded 454 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, July 3rd, 2020.

Data from the NCDC showed that the cases were spread across 19 states, with Lagos accounting for the highest number of infections for the day with 87 cases.

The states with the 454 new cases are Lagos-87, Edo-63, FCT-60, Ondo-41, Benue-32, Abia-31, Ogun-29, Oyo-19, Kaduna-17, Delta-16, Enugu-15, Borno-14, Plateau-9, Nasarawa-8, Kano-5, Bauchi-4, Gombe-2, Katsina-1 and Kogi-1.

NCDC also announced that as of 11:50 pm on 3rd July, there are 27,564 total COVID-19 confirmed cases reported in Nigeria.

11,069 patients have been discharged with 628 deaths across the country.
