Mahmood Yakubu has been sworn in as the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a second term by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Yakubu was on Wednesday administered an oath for another five-year tenure during federal executive council (FEC) meeting at the presidential villa in Abuja.
