Gunmen suspected to be bandits on Sunday evening kidnapped many students and teachers at the College of Agriculture and Animal Health in Bakura, Zamfara state.
The college registrar, Aliyu Bakura, confirmed the incident to BBC Hausa Monday morning.
According to him, four persons, including a police officer and three gatemen, were killed in the attack.
