The management of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Ltd on Tuesday announced the launch of a portal for Nigerians to report incidents of crude oil theft in the country.

The NNPC Ltd in a post on its social media channels asked whistleblowers to join the fight to stop crude oil & product theft by reporting infringement via https://stopcrudetheft.com.

The company also revealed that members of the public can validate genuine purchases through https://validate.stopcrudetheft.com.

It also said that anyone who makes credible reports on the cases of crude oil would be handsomely rewarded.
