Anambra-born-business billionaire, Prince Arthur Eze, has advised Peter Obi, the candidate of the Labour Party, to drop his presidential ambition.

Eze made this revelation at the 2022 Ofala festival of HRH Igwe (Dr.) Robert Eze, the traditional ruler of Ukpo in Dunukofia local government area of the state.

“I warned Peter Obi to withdraw from this race but he would not listen,” Eze stated.

“I told him plainly that I am not part of his plans. I told him to drop his ambition, and wait for next time.”

Eze went on to explain that when Obi told him about his ambition, he asked which states Obi thought he could win in the west and in the north.

According to Eze, Obi provided an answer, but Eze was not convinced. “I told him he cannot not win; so that he would not waste his time and money,” Eze said.
