The Chief Judge of Osun State, Justice Oyebola Ojo, delivered a resolute judgment on Tuesday, finding Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, the owner of Hilton Hotel in Ile-Ife, Osun State, guilty of the murder of Timothy Adegoke, a brilliant postgraduate student from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).

Amid intense anticipation, Justice Ojo, presiding over the proceedings in Osogbo, unequivocally declared Adedoyin’s culpability during the reading of his judgment.

The Chief Judge elaborated on the evidence that pointed directly to Adedoyin’s involvement in the heinous crime.

However, four members of staff prosecuted alongside Adedoyin were discharged and acquitted of the charges pressed against them.
