Tinubu Holds First Meeting With NSA, Service Chiefs and Acting IGP

President Bola Tinubu is currently holding a meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja with the National Security Adviser (NSA), newly appointed Service Chiefs, and the Acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP).

This gathering marks the first meeting since President Tinubu approved the appointment of the new security leaders nearly two weeks ago, specifically on June 19, 2023.

Leading the security chiefs and the Acting IGP to the meeting is the NSA, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

Among those present at the meeting are Major General Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff; Major General Taoreed Lagbaja, the Chief of Army Staff; Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, the Chief of Naval Staff; Air Vice Marshal Hassan Abubakar, the Chief of Air Staff; and Acting IGP Kayode Egbetokun.
