The Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal in Jalingo has upheld the election of Dr. Agbu Kefas as the Governor of Taraba State, following the dismissal of a petition filed by the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) and its candidate, Prof. Sani Yahaya.
A three-man panel presided over the case and concluded that the petition lacked merit.
