The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is looking for a new head coach for the Super Eagles, the senior men’s national team of Nigeria.

  • Proven Experience: The candidates must have a successful track record of leading teams at a high level of competition. They must have coached in at least one of the top five leagues in the world or in a major international tournament.
  • Winning Mentality: The candidates must have a winning mentality and a vision to take the Super Eagles to greater heights. They must be able to inspire and motivate the players and the staff to achieve the best results possible.
  • Knowledge of African Football: The candidates must have a good understanding of the African football landscape and the challenges and opportunities it presents. They must be familiar with the players, the opponents, and the culture of the continent.
