Following his loss to Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia, Francis Ngannou, securing a second-round knockout has apologized to his fans for the disappointing loss.

Despite entering the ring with high hopes following his notable boxing debut against Tyson Fury, Ngannou was unable to withstand the onslaught from his more seasoned opponent, Joshua.

The former world heavyweight champion demonstrated his skill and experience, ultimately overpowering Ngannou in a thrilling showdown.

The 37-year-old Ngannou faced adversity early on, succumbing to a first-round knockdown by Joshua. Despite his efforts to rally, he was unable to mount a sufficient comeback, ultimately falling to a devastating second-round knockout.

A decisive right hand from Joshua prompted the referee to intervene, halting the fight and securing victory for the Nigerian-British boxer. Ngannou, acknowledging his defeat, expressed remorse to his supporters, recognizing the disappointment he had caused.

“Sorry guys, I let you all down,” Ngannou conveyed on his social media account. “Today was a bad day in the office but tomorrow will be another day. Thank you all for the love.”
