Nigerian governors have extended their warm wishes to citizens as they celebrate Eid-El-Kabir, a significant Islamic holiday. Governors from various states, including Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Ebonyi, Kaduna, and Adamawa, have congratulated their respective citizens, urging them to embrace the values of sacrifice, patience, and perseverance.

Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu encouraged Nigerians to draw lessons from Prophet Ibrahim’s life, promoting peace, unity, and stability. Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun emphasized the importance of submitting to God and prioritizing spiritual well-being. Similarly, Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde called on Muslims to rededicate themselves to Allah’s service and do good to humanity.

Other governors, including Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State, Uba Sani of Kaduna State, and Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State, also extended their greetings, urging citizens to pray for peace, progress, and unity in Nigeria. They also assured their commitment to serving the people and promoting inclusive governance.
