President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sworn in Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack as the new Head of Service of the Federation, succeeding Dr. Folasade Esan. The ceremony took place before the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, where a valedictory session was held to honor the outgoing Head of Service.

President Tinubu praised Mrs. Walson-Jack, acknowledging the significant role she is stepping into, and prayed for divine guidance and wisdom to lead the service effectively. He also commended Dr. Esan for her exceptional tenure, dedication, efficiency, and professionalism in the federal civil service.

Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, also lauded Dr. Esan’s commitment to duty and her efforts to enhance the performance of civil servants in the country.
