Tinubu Embarks on Three-Day Official Visit to Equatorial Guinea

President Bola Tinubu is set to depart Abuja on Wednesday for a three-day official visit to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, at the invitation of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

According to a statement by Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu will meet with President Mbasogo at the Presidential Villa in Malabo to discuss key bilateral issues, particularly in the areas of oil and gas and security.

The visit aims to strengthen cooperation between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea, with several agreements expected to be signed.

President Tinubu will be accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, and other cabinet members involved in the signing of agreements and review of opportunities to improve bilateral relations.
