The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has officially opened applications for the recruitment of 3,927 officers across various positions in its Superintendent, Inspector, and Customs Assistant cadres.

The recruitment exercise, which began on Friday, December 27, 2024, is part of the NCS’s efforts to enhance trade facilitation and contribute to Nigeria’s economic recovery. Applications will remain open until January 2, 2025.

In a statement announcing the recruitment, the NCS warned Nigerians to beware of scammers seeking to exploit the process.

“Our recruitment process is completely FREE and FAIR. We DO NOT charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process. If anyone demands payment, they are scammers,” the NCS said.
