Former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has passed away in London.
Garba Shehu, his former spokesperson, announced this in via X (formerly Twitter) account at 5:16 PM on Saturday, he wrote:
“INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAAJI’UN.
The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, this afternoon in a clinic in London.
May Allah accept him in Aljannatul Firdaus, Amin.”
