The Inspector General of Police Suleiman Abba who was sacked by president Jonathan, has officially handed over to his predecessor Solomon Arase .
The new Inspector General,Arase holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Law and Bachelors and Mastersdegree in political science and strategic studies .
