The National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) is threatening to review its relationship with the West African Examination Council (WAEC).
According to Eric Angel Carbonu, Vice President of NAGRAT, the year-to-year leakage of exams is a dent on the integrity of the Council.
“We are going to call for a stakeholders meeting. If this continues, we are going to review our relationship with WAEC. If the integrity of the exams cannot be secured then our members will not be a part of it,” he said on Kasapa FM’s Si Me So.
His comments came in the wake of the leakage of some examination papers in the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
WAEC on Wednesday announced the cancellation of five papers in the ongoing BECE on the basis that they have been compromised.

They are Papers 2 of English Language, Religious and Moral Education, Integrated Science Mathematics and Social Studies.

The leaked papers have been scheduled to be re-administered on June 29 and 30, 2015, according to a statement by the WAEC.
