Moses

Chelsea are ready to listen to offers for Victor Moses following the signing of Pedro.

The arrival of Pedro from Barcelona has pushed Moses further down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and with Chelsea needing to trim their squad Moses could be sacrificed.

Moses, who has spent the past two seasons out on loan at Liverpool and Stoke, looked like he had played his way into Jose Mourinho’s plans after impressing in preseason.

However, his first-team chances are set to be limited in the wake of the arrival of Spain international Pedro and he could be willing to move on in search of regular first-team football.

Stoke were keen to make his move permanent at the end of last season, but they have moved on and signed other targets for his position.

Tottenham and Aston Villa are both monitoring Moses’ situation at Chelsea and are ready to move for the former Crystal Palace youngster if he is made available before the close of the transfer window.
