President Mohammadu Buhari on Tuesday removed Barr. Danladi Kifasi as Head of Service of the Federation.
The letter containing this announcement was signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal.
There are speculations that the sack of Kifasi was to provide for balance in running the administration as both Kifasi and the SGF, Lawal, are from the North East of the country. While Lawal is from Adamawa, Kifasi is from Taraba. A replacement is expected to be announced soon.
