Fuel-Scarcity

Scarcity of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, otherwise known as petrol, hit Lagos State on Thursday 29-10-2015 as long queue of vehicles were seen at various filling stations.

While some of the independent marketers claimed that petrol was not available for sale, others were selling the product at the rate of N120 per litre instead of the official pump price of N87.  Our sources in Lagos said that most Lagosians blamed President Muhammadu Buhari for the lingering fuel crisis that has enveloped the Nation. Some even went as far as asking us  ‘go and ask Buhari’ when we asked them what was the cause of the Crisis.
