Incumbent Kaduna State Governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero has emerged the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He defeated Senator Zego Aziz, having pulled the highest votes cast, with Senator Aziz recording only his lone vote.
One of the votes was voided, while the total votes cast were 972 votes.
